PORTFOLIO

At Haithcock Home, We have always stood for the value of things that last — creating spaces that are timeless and enduring, furniture to cherish as it begins to age and design that will never fall out of style.

The House on York

The entrance hall, marked by traditional millwork and warmly polished oak floors, sets the tone. No detail was neglected, from vases overflowing with fragrant flowers to well-loved, hand-sewn teddy bears in the children’s rooms.

Polished marble, aged brass, and traditional wainscot provide an embracing, accessible warmth to a largely traditional home.

Windows from floor to ceiling and the airy crystal chandelier bring light and ease to the shamelessly romantic home — in its serene, timeless elegance, and its classical proportions.

Eastern Pines

Fitted furniture backed by locally sourced tongue and groove pine boards take inspiration from cabinets found throughout homes in the English countryside. A generous floating mantle seated above the walk-around brick fireplace along with brushed brass and iron fixtures complete a casual family room environment.

Meanwhile, the kitchen evokes an American classicism that is part of our typical design language. Varnish brushed onto maple cabinets with glass panel inserts, were rejuvenated to include antique detailing along with re-creation wide-plank flooring create an inviting and functional atmosphere.

Rosedale Court

A smaller home comes alive with the addition of built-in furniture in the family room lit by English-made sconces with brass shades, a full-grain aniline leather Chesterfield sofa and personal decor indicative of the homeowners lifestyle.

The hall bath is complete with grooved paneling, exposed rubbed bronze plumbing and textured, floral wall covering to frame the traditional clawfoot soaking tub.

In the kitchen, honed Carrera marble tops the site-built island made with boards reclaimed directly from the home. The nearby butler’s pantry and laundry feature polished brass fixtures and fabric shades offering an air of causal grandeur to a space prized for function.

Queen Anne Heritage

A family home, passed through generations is updated with the utmost care.

An intimate, inviting study beckons with worn leather seating, wood mahogany paneling, and ornate, gilded mirrors.

The paneled room – a mixture of Old World ambience and modern functionality – continues the homeowners story with aged brass fixtures, coffered ceilings—and, of course, decor fit for a storied family home.

That same spirit was applied to the remainder of the home, which already combined flawless renditions of a true, inimitable, heritage home with the relaxed comfort and style required of modern living.

Valley Ranch

Hand-sawn millwork, classic beadboard ceilings, simple brick fireplaces, and timeworn pine floors define a century-old Tennessee farmhouse nestled among the rolling hills of middle Tennessee.

An eclectic range of old and new furniture, unlacquered brass fittings, antique rugs, oil paintings, along with personalized photography were meticulously sourced or made which combined flawless renditions of a true, inimitable, century-old American farmhouse with the relaxed comfort of modern style.

The result is a welcoming and timeless home with authenticity not overshadowed by the effortless modernity of its furnishings.

Timelessness remains central to who we are
